ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Social DM Appointment Setter with proven experience in appointment setting through direct messaging. This role is essential to Jumpfactor’s business development strategy, where you’ll leverage your strong understanding of social media platforms and apply human and sales psychology to craft persuasive, tailored messages that consistently convert prospects into discovery calls.
You’ll play a key role in establishing our brand’s social presence, generating high-quality leads, and working closely with outreach teams to integrate social strategy with appointment-setting processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in DM outreach, and capable of managing high-volume conversations to drive conversions into scheduled discovery calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and engage with multiple social profiles, ensuring inboxes are consistently active and updated.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagements to start and nurture conversations.
Initiate outbound connection requests to high-quality prospects aligned with the ideal client profile.
Engage with new connections using strategic, tailored, emotionally intelligent direct messages to build relationships.
Qualify prospects through conversation, moving them through the pipeline to discovery calls.
Coordinate with internal teams to accelerate qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
Represent the brand voice authentically and persuasively in all DM interactions.
Support content efforts by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant posts to increase visibility.
Follow structured SOPs, KPIs, scripts, and workflows for consistent and effective engagement.
Track and optimize performance metrics (response rates, connection rates, conversion rates).
Use performance tracking to make data-driven decisions, improving outreach effectiveness.
Collaborate with content creators and account executives to align messaging with campaign goals.
Stay self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of proven experience in a DM setting role with booking appointments through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
2+ years of experience using human and sales psychology to build trust, handle objections, and influence decision-making through messaging.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota in a DM setting role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, engagement, profile optimization, and direct message outreach.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persuasive messages that convert.
Ability to manage multiple profiles efficiently while maintaining high-quality interactions.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet KPIs with high levels of focus and productivity.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic reporting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the IT MSP domain is a strong asset.
