ROLE SUMMARY:
As the Automation & Integrations Specialist (GHL + HubSpot + n8n) at Jumpfactor, you will be the go-to expert for building, managing, and optimizing automations across our core systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to connect GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and n8n, ensuring workflows run smoothly from lead capture to follow-up, retention, and reporting.
In this role, you will take defined workflow requirements and turn them into reliable automations, helping improve execution speed, reduce manual work, and increase consistency across client and internal processes. You will also support documentation and internal enablement so teams can confidently follow and maintain workflows.
Strong English communication skills are essential, as accuracy in execution, troubleshooting, and collaboration directly impacts results in a fast-paced agency environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the setup and customization of GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts
Build and maintain automations inside GHL for lead capture, follow-up, and engagement
Build and maintain n8n workflows to connect GHL, HubSpot, and other systems
Support CRM automation inside HubSpot, including lifecycle updates and pipeline handoffs
Create and optimize workflows for lead routing, pipeline movement, and follow-up sequences
Build and maintain funnels and landing pages inside GHL when needed
Set up and manage email and SMS campaigns inside GHL
Maintain contact tagging, segmentation, and database hygiene
Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations
Export data and support reporting needs across platforms
Troubleshoot broken automations, integrations, and workflow errors quickly
Document workflows clearly so the team can maintain and scale them
Provide internal support and training to ensure workflows are used correctly
KEY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Must-Have Requirements:
Strong experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) including CRM, funnels, campaigns, and automations
Strong experience building automations and integrations in n8n
Working experience in HubSpot, including CRM and automation processes
Ability to take workflow requirements and build automations exactly as instructed
Strong English communication skills to ensure accuracy and prevent execution errors
Additional Requirements:
Experience building multi-step automation sequences and complex workflows
Experience building sales funnels and landing pages inside GHL
Knowledge of lead scoring and qualification logic
Strong contact management skills including tagging, segmentation, and cleanup
Ability to export contacts and data for reporting and analysis
Familiarity with GHL reporting and performance tracking
Experience running automated engagement through email and SMS
Experience using automation to support social engagement and follow-up workflows
Strong pipeline automation skills for lead nurturing and follow-ups
Experience integrating tools using APIs, webhooks, and Zapier
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Ability to manage users, roles, permissions, and team access inside GHL
Strong project management skills to manage tasks, timelines, and priorities efficiently
