The Role
Own outbound prospecting across calls, email, and social. Build pipeline, qualify leads, and pass opportunities to sales. OTE includes uncapped commission. Top performers can nearly double base.
What You’ll Own
100+ outbound calls/day
Cold email + social outreach (US prospects)
Build targeted account lists
10+ SQLs/week
Handoff qualified leads
Track/report pipeline
What You Bring
2+ years B2B sales or outbound
Comfortable 4+ hrs/day on calls
Track record hitting targets
Strong writing
Organized, self-driven, CRM experience
