ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Business Development Representative to spearhead our efforts in the MSP/IT space. This role focuses on following up with leads and booking first-time meetings for our clients. As a Business Development Representative, you will also be instrumental in developing sales processes, creating cadences and scripts from scratch.

QUALIFICATIONS for Client Business Development Representative:
- 3-5 years of B2B business development or sales experience
- Sales/Business Development experience in industries such as IT, directory, consulting, legal, healthcare, or accounting
- Extensive proven experience in developing sales processes, cadences, and scripts
- Hates repetition, gets bored of delivering the same script repeatedly, and thrives on being creative in building new script
- Proven track record as a Business Development Team Lead or Senior BDR
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales KPIs
- Organized, ambitious, disciplined, and resourceful, with a small company mentality
- Proficient in writing persuasive sales emails and messages
- Highly adept with a full tech stack and comfortable with technology
- Skilled in making outbound calls, dedicating 4+ hours daily to phone outreach
- Proven track record of achieving professional goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Bonus: Experience with IT/MSP (Managed Service Provider) sales
JOB DESCRIPTION for Client Business Development Rep:
Follow up with warm & cold leads primarily through calls and emails
Research and compile target contact and account lists in the MSP space
Craft compelling email offers, sequences, and messages
Progress cold & warm leads as close to the closing stage as possible
Develop and refine sales processes, cadences, and scripts
Lead and grow your own team of MSP BDRs
Facilitate meetings between qualified prospects and client Account Executives
Report on sales targets, both weekly and monthly
Stay up-to-date with digital and inbound marketing trends
