ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Project Manager (Internal) will act as the operational right-hand to the Digital Director, overseeing implementation across paid, organic, and affiliate marketing channels. This role demands high accountability, platform fluency (ClickUp, HubSpot, GHL, Analytic Tools, etc.), and the ability to track marketing performance against ROI with precision. You’ll lead internal team coordination, enforce execution discipline, run sprints, and ensure flawless workflow integration across all systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and monitor execution of marketing tasks across paid, organic, social, and affiliate channels

  • Ensure implementers complete sprint tasks accurately and on schedule (ClickUp)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to assign, audit, and adjust tasking in real-time

  • Lead daily huddles, retrospectives, and sprint planning meetings

  • Coordinate with the sales team to validate lead quality and ROI alignment

  • Track content volume and cadence targets: blogs, guides, news, and social posts

  • Monitor and report on performance using GA4, HubSpot, GHL, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools

  • Maintain clear visibility of ROI from all efforts: Paid, Organic, Social, Affiliate

  • Own GHL automation workflows and lead intake systems

  • Oversee QA and validation of campaign setup, UTM tagging, and contact list hygiene

  • Serve as a systems auditor—ensuring all tasks, subtasks, and assignees are aligned weekly

  • Coordinate asset delivery across strategy, content, design, and dev teams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in digital project or marketing operations within an agency environment

  • Expert-level knowledge of ClickUp, Jira, GHL, HubSpot, GA4, and reporting tools

  • Demonstrated experience running sprints and agile project management practices

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and marketing ROI

  • Skilled in workflow automation, lead tracking, and data validation processes

  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills—able to drive accountability and clarity

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-output environment with multiple moving parts

  • Proactive, tech-savvy, trustworthy, and firm in follow-up and task closure
