QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing automation, showcasing proficiency in crafting impactful campaigns and automation sequences
  • Very comfortable with data export, manipulation, and migration, demonstrating skills in optimizing email processes.
  • Familiarity with email marketing strategies, segmentation, lead scoring, and driving conversion of MQLs and SQLs from email databases
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a bonus.
  • Understanding of lead management (MQL, SQL, etc.)
  • High level of tech savviness and software proficiency, adapting quickly to email marketing tools.
  • Experience building CTAs, landing pages, automation, and segmentation
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, subject lines, CTAs, and email copywriting
  • Must have demonstrated KPIs and results to speak about


RESPONSILBITES:

  • Develop and execute long-term thought leadership-based email nurturing campaigns
  • Craft compelling CTAs, design effective landing pages, and seamlessly integrate forms, chat widgets, and other features to drive engagement and conversions in email campaigns.
  • Facilitate the migration of email setups, optimizing efficiency by including data and customizations.
  • Implement and optimize segmented nurture tracks with lead scoring, personalization 
  • Build comprehensive templates and automation using email, SMS workflows, conditional segmentation, etc.
  • Create multiple CTA templates for actions such as 'book a meeting' or 'get pricing' and design landing page templates for various purposes, replicating them as needed.
  • Set up custom CNAMEs and URLs for each client's landing page, providing a personalized online presence.
  • Manage email deliverability to ensure proper open rates and response rates
  • Migrate setups from one platform to another, including data and customizations.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for the team, ensuring proficiency in both email marketing and related tools.
  • Document and build out all processes and systems so that the team can scale effectively
