Role Overview:
As the GoHighLevel Expert at Jumpfactor, you will be the go-to expert for managing and optimizing our GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain automated workflows, sales funnels, and client engagement strategies, all while providing critical training and support to the team. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary trainer and resource on GHL functionalities.
Your expertise will drive lead generation, improve campaign performance, and enhance client retention, making you an invaluable asset in managing this key platform. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and innovative, thriving in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and customization of GoHighLevel accounts.
Create and manage automated workflows for lead generation and client engagement.
Develop and implement effective sales funnels using GHL tools.
Provide training and support to team members on GHL functionalities.
Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
WHO YOU ARE:
Proficiency in GoHighLevel: In-depth understanding of GHL features, including CRM, email marketing, and funnel building.
Automation and Workflows: Ability to create and manage complex automation sequences.
Sales Funnels and Landing Pages: Experience in designing high-converting sales funnels and landing pages.
Lead Scoring: Knowledge of setting up and managing lead scoring systems.
Contact Management: Experience with tagging contacts, segmenting lists, and managing contact records.
Data Exporting: Proficient in exporting contacts and data from GHL for reporting and analysis.
Analytics and Reporting: Familiarity with GHL analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
Automated Engagement: Keep audience engaged with automated email and social media strategies.
CRM Pipeline Automation: Enhance lead nurturing with automated pipeline management.
Integrations: Knowledge of integrating GHL with other tools and platforms (e.g., Zapier).
SEO and Digital Marketing: Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within the GHL platform.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to train and support team members.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects and timelines effectively.
Email Campaigns: Knowledge of creating, scheduling, and analyzing email marketing campaigns.
Text Message Marketing: Familiarity with SMS marketing features and best practices within GHL.
User Management: Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and team collaboration within GHL.
