ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality lead lists, researching target companies, and organizing key prospect data. This role will support our sales team, including both Account Executives and BDRs, by providing accurate and actionable information that enables effective outreach and business development efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, data scraping, or data organization roles

  • Proficient in using CRM platforms, data scraping tools, and sales intelligence software

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use provided steps and training to research and gather data from specified websites and online sources

  • Extract relevant information including company names, contacts, industry, and other key data points

  • Build and maintain structured, high-quality lead lists for Account Executives and BDRs

  • Organize scraped data into predefined templates for easy access and use

  • Verify, clean, and update data regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance

  • Identify new potential companies and contacts to add to the lists proactively

  • Ensure all lists are comprehensive, up-to-date, and ready for outreach campaigns

  • Perform regular quality checks to maintain data integrity

  • Address any inconsistencies or errors in the data promptly

  • Provide actionable insights and trends based on the collected data

  • Compile reports on data collection, organization activities, and lead generation progress

  • Work closely with sales team members to understand target criteria and project goals

  • Communicate effectively with the team to provide updates and flag challenges

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned on tools and strategy

  • Support the sales team with accurate and actionable information to fuel outreach and pipeline growth

WORKING HOURS:

  • Full Time/ 40 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
