ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a high-calibre Outbound & Automations Manager (Team Lead) to own and scale our outbound engine across our entire client base. This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of AI-powered marketing automation, outbound strategy, and team management. You will lead automated email outreach campaigns, LinkedIn growth campaigns, and inbound lead nurture sequences, while training and managing a team of outbound implementors and owning campaign performance and KPI delivery across all our MSP clients.

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience

  • 3+ years managing outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns at scale (agency environment preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: n8n, Make/Integromat, Clay, or similar

  • Proven track record managing and growing a team of outbound or marketing specialists

  • Deep knowledge of cold email best practices — deliverability, sequence structure, personalization, inbox management

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn outreach tools (Expandi, Phantombuster, Dux-Soup, Waalaxy, or equivalent)

  • Experience using AI (GPT APIs, Clay AI, etc.) to personalize and scale outbound at volume

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a strong plus

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Outbound Campaign Management

  • Design and implement AI-enabled, automated email outreach campaigns for all our MSP clients

  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists using ICP criteria, segmentation, and enrichment

  • Manage outbound sending infrastructure, including domains, sender reputation, deliverability, and inbox rotation

  • Build and manage multi-touch LinkedIn connection and engagement campaigns at scale

  • Develop and optimize inbound lead nurture sequences to maximize meeting bookings

  • Set up and maintain email sending infrastructure (domain warmup, deliverability, inbox rotation)

  • Use AI tools (e.g., Clay, GPT-based personalization, n8n automations) to drive personalization and efficiency

  • Continuously A/B test messaging, sequences, and timing to improve reply rates and conversions

Team Leadership & Training

  • Manage a team of outbound implementors — assign work, review output, and resolve blockers

  • Train the team on new outbound techniques, AI tools, and automation workflows

  • Build and maintain SOPs and playbooks for every outbound process

  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skill development sessions

  • Recruit and onboard new implementors as the team scales

KPI Tracking & Reporting

  • Own the outbound KPI dashboard for the team and all client campaigns

  • Set individual and team performance targets aligned to client outcomes

  • Report weekly/monthly on campaign performance, team output, and improvement initiatives

  • Identify and escalate at-risk clients or campaigns proactively

Strategy & Innovation

  • Stay current on AI-enabled outbound tools, techniques, and best practices

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes further using tools like n8n, Clay, Make, and APIs

  • Collaborate with the Head of Product/Director of Operations on new outbound service offerings and workflow improvements

  • Interface with Account Managers and POD leads to align outbound efforts with client goals

JOB TYPE:

  • Full-Time: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST 

  • Time tracker usage (Hubstaff)

  • Independent Contractor

  • 100% Remote
