ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Outbound Team Lead at Jumpfactor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Outbound Marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be managing a team of Outbound and Email Nurture Specialists, ensuring they achieve and exceed KPIs through effective digital and outbound marketing techniques. In this client-facing role, you will be reporting progress and updates to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and addressing any concerns promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing preferably outbound 

  • Specifically at least 2+ years managing a team of implementors

  • Strong client facing experience of at least 1-2 years

  • History of achieving clear KPIs via direct reports for at least 2+ years.

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn’s features, algorithms, and best practices preferred.

  • 1+ year of project / task management experience.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Experience or strong interest in Lead generation & Outbound marketing.

  • Very comfortable with Data export, manipulation and migration

  • Ability to break down complex processes into understandable steps.

  • Understanding of lead management (MQL, SQL, etc)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Efficiently manage a team of up to 10 Outbound, & Email Nurture Specialists

  • Hold team members accountable for KPIs, results, and SOP adherence

  • Build rapport with clients and ensure client issues are addressed

  • Work closely with your team to flag issues, and provide work summaries to clients 

  • Learn and train team on all technical setups related to email deliverability, warming, Linked outbound strategies, copy and workflows required for the same 

  • Provide consistent daily and weekly coaching, redirects and team member feedback

  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly update and refine the outbound processes / best practices based on evolving business needs, industry changes, and team feedback

  • Ensure roadblocks are removed, milestones met, being hands-on when needed

  • Manage and ensure quality standards for all deliverables via QA

  • Leverage automation, AI and new technologies to drive value for clients

  • Forecast and track client campaign performance via KPI dashboard

  • Constantly learn new trends and strategies of digital Outbound Marketing
