QUALIFICATIONS FOR LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST:
- 1+ year experience in outbound lead generation & prospecting.
- A solid grasp of email and LinkedIn tools.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proven experience in list building using various tools.
- Exceptional technological aptitude.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and networking capabilities.
- Very analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data for strategy optimization.
- Self-driven and creative thinker
- Very comfortable with Data export, manipulation and migration
- Ability to filter and build extremely high-quality lists of prospects with tools and manual review
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST:
- Manage outreach campaigns for 7-10 clients per month
- Manage 14-20 email campaigns and 14-20 LinkedIn campaigns
- Build target lists of companies & contacts based on the ICP (Ideal Client Profile)
- LinkedIn profile optimization for client profiles
- Reply to responses effectively and convert prospects into leads
- Develop new ideas and strategies for replies and list building to boost leads
- Bonuses are in place for innovation, and commissions tied to leads generated
WORKING HOURS:
Full Time/ 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
9 AM to 5:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn’s features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize strategies.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker with a passion for networking and building relationships.
