The Role
Own a portfolio of B2B client accounts, driving retention, growth, and ROI. Act as a strategic partner, ensuring clients succeed while identifying expansion opportunities and maintaining long-term satisfaction.

What You’ll Own

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts

  • Drive retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells

  • Lead client strategy calls and performance reviews

  • Track KPIs (ROI, CSAT, NPS, MRR) and reporting

  • Oversee onboarding, adoption, and escalations

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to improve outcomes

What You Bring

  • 3+ years client success or account management (agency)

  • Proven ownership of retention and revenue growth

  • Strong B2B digital marketing understanding (SEO, PPC, content)

  • Confident leading client calls and difficult conversations

  • Experience managing multiple high-touch accounts

  • Strong communication, organization, and CRM skills

Nice to Have

  • MSP or IT services experience

  • Agency background with SEO/PPC exposure

  • ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools
