ROLE SUMMARY:
Jumpfactor is looking for an AI-forward SEO Specialist to own and execute SEO for a portfolio of B2B MSP and technology clients across North America. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and ongoing search performance improvements for complex B2B websites.
The ideal candidate has strong agency experience, deep technical SEO knowledge, and the ability to quickly identify and prioritize SEO work that drives measurable results. You are analytical, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple client accounts, and interested in leveraging AI tools and automation to improve research, analysis, and workflow efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE:
Proven SEO Experience
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with strong technical and on-page expertise
Experience working with complex B2B websites (MSP, SaaS, technology, IT services)
Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
Strong understanding of SEO for North American markets
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
Able to manage multiple client accounts, priorities, and deadlines
Comfortable owning SEO execution end-to-end
Able to analyze SEO issues and explain solutions clearly
AI & Workflow Efficiency
Comfortable using AI tools to support SEO research, analysis, and workflows
Able to use AI beyond basic prompting (keyword clustering, research assistance, workflow support)
Self-directed learner who actively tests and adopts new AI tools
Communication & Collaboration
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience collaborating with digital teams using project management systems
Comfortable explaining SEO strategy and recommendations internally

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO Execution
Own SEO execution across a portfolio of B2B MSP clients
Perform technical SEO audits and identify opportunities
Execute on-page optimization, internal linking, and site structure improvements
Conduct keyword research and topic cluster planning
Collaboration & Project Management
Coordinate SEO work across content, design, and development teams
Manage SEO tasks and timelines using project management tools (Jira)
Communicate progress, blockers, and results internally
Performance & Optimization
Monitor performance and identify SEO risks and opportunities
Analyze results using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Ensure SEO work aligns with internal best practices
AI & Workflow Optimization
Use AI tools to support research, clustering, and analysis
Identify opportunities to improve SEO processes using AI and automation
JOB TYPE:
Full-Time: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST
Time tracker usage (Hubstaff)
