ROLE SUMMARY:
We’re hiring an SEO Specialist to own and execute SEO for a portfolio of B2B Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients in North America.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role focused on technical SEO, on-page optimization, and search strategy for complex B2B websites. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional delivery teams to plan, prioritize, and execute SEO initiatives — while managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple clients.

WHO YOU ARE:
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with strong technical and on-page expertise
Proven experience working with complex B2B websites (MSP, SaaS, technology, or IT-related)
Comfortable owning SEO end-to-end, from technical SEO audits and keyword research
Strong understanding of SEO for North American markets
Experienced working in a digital marketing agency or services-based environment
Highly organized with strong project management experience (Jira)
Able to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines without heavy oversight
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Well-versed in content management systems like WordPress, Shopify, etc.
Experience in custom Google Analytics and WMT troubleshooting
Very fast and efficient with a variety of computer applications and SEO tools
Knowledge of at least 5+ crawl tools, link analysis tools, and onsite audit tools
Curious, analytical, and continuously testing and improving SEO strategies
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own SEO strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B MSP clients
Perform hands-on technical SEO audits, issue identification, and implementation
Lead on-page SEO execution, including content optimization, internal linking, and site structure
Conduct advanced B2B keyword research and build topic/cluster maps
Translate strategy into clear, prioritized SEO action plans
Coordinate SEO-related work across content, design, and development teams
Manage SEO tasks, timelines, and dependencies using project management tools (Jira)
Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively adjust strategy
Analyze performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Ensure SEO work aligns with internal SOPs and best practices
Communicate progress, blockers, and results clearly with internal stakeholders
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3+ years of full-time SEO experience, with samples of results
Experience in working in a Digital Marketing Agency
Experience working with clients in North America in the B2B space (preferably complex markets)
JOB TYPE:
Full-Time: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST with a time tracker
100% Remote
