ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Outreach Specialist to lead our social media strategy, drive brand growth, and manage outreach in the MSP and IT space. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling, platform-specific content, building strategic campaigns, managing content calendars, and driving engagement across multiple channels. You will play a central role in building Jumpfactor’s brand presence, collaborating closely with internal teams and staying ahead of trends in B2B and MSP-focused social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create strategic, platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

  • Plan and manage an advanced social content calendar in ClickUp, collaborating with designers, sales, and strategy teams.

  • Monitor and report performance weekly using Meta, X, YouTube analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools.

  • Lead outreach and build Jumpfactor’s presence in MSP and IT communities.

  • Develop post formats that align with each platform’s tone, trends, and audience segmentation.

  • Drive brand awareness with campaigns, limited-time offers, and giveaways.

  • Engage with audiences daily via comments and DMs to grow the community.

  • Research MSP events, conferences, and webinars for leadership speaking opportunities.

  • Support CEO personal brand strategy and content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond.

  • Design simple post visuals in Canva when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in social media/outreach for MSP, IT, or B2B digital marketing.

  • Proven success executing multi-channel social strategies (ie. using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, YouTube, and Google Business Profile)

  • Experienced in content planning tools like ClickUp.

  • Skilled in LinkedIn marketing and outreach campaigns.

  • Strong grasp of AI tools and trends for social media.

  • Excellent copywriting tailored to audience and brand tone.

  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects.

  • Proficient in Canva or similar design tools.

  • Strong communicator and team player with a community-building mindset.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience building executive personal brands.

  • Knowledge of engagement tactics like promotions and giveaways.
