Role Overview:
Jumpfactor Marketing is seeking an experienced PPC Manager with 7+ years of expertise in keyword-based PPC and search engine marketing (SEM). In this role, you will craft and execute effective advertising strategies across key platforms, including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to maximize return on investment and drive targeted traffic. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, ensuring they meet business objectives, and contribute to lead generation success. Your deep knowledge of paid media strategies will be critical in advancing our clients' digital marketing initiatives and achieving measurable results that support overall growth.

WHO YOU ARE:
5+ years of experience in PPC Management
PPC Management with Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Strong experience handling B2B campaigns
Experience in working with clients in the IT/Technology sector
At least 2-3 years of experience managing a team of PPC experts
High proficiency in English communication (spoken and written)
Ability to work EST business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM)
Proven experience as a PPC Manager along with Tag Manager and Retargeting
Experience in devising strategies and plans
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
PPC MANAGER POSITION DETAILS
Manage and coordinate work for junior PPC team members
Ensure adherence to SOPs and processes for you and your PPC team
Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
Establish and manage retargeting
Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud
Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
JOB TYPE:
Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm EST)
100% Remote
